В третьем квартале выручка «МегаФона» составила 86,5 млрд рублей, сократившись на 3,9% в сравнении с аналогичным периодом 2019 года (89,9 млрд рублей). Сервисная выручка оператора также снизилась на 1% до 78 млрд рублей (годом ранее составила 78,9 млрд рублей).
Продажи оборудования и аксессуаров упали на 23,9% до 8,4 млрд рублей (годом ранее составили 11 млрд рублей). Общее количество посетителей в салонах «МегаФона» было на 24% ниже, чем годом ранее, пояснили в компании.
Негативное влияние на выручку по-прежнему оказывает сокращение доходов от международного роуминга в условиях закрытия границ, признаются в компании.
Во втором квартале выручка «МегаФона» сократилась на 8,3%, как говорят в компании — на второй квартал пришлось основное влияние пандемии коронавируса.
Видимо, не отходя от кассы, так сказать, мегафон не стали ждать другого «удобного случая» и сразу принялись принимать «меры»: «МегаФон» повысил тарифы на использование финтех-сервиса «МегаФон Банк». Операции по привязанной к лицевому счету банковской карте станут значительно дороже. Так, например, при оплате услуг других банков комиссия составит 2%, перевод с карты на карту обойдется в 3%, пополнение электронных кошельков в 10%, а снятие наличных будет стоить от 4 до 8%. Более того, 5% снимут с вас за конвертацию. А за запрос баланса в банкомате со счета спишутся 40 рублей… и я думаю – это только начало, время для принятия «антикризисных» решений есть…
Не зря абоненты буйствуют, не доверяют своему оператору и бегут с «корабля», в июне проходил опрос, согласно которому 41% абонентов «Билайна» и 40% абонентов «Мегафона» негативно оценили свой опыт использования и оказались не готовы рекомендовать своего мобильного оператора знакомым и друзьям.
Не так давно «МегаФон» приобрел долю в ООО «Диджитал медиа холдинг» («ДМХ»), головной компании видеосервиса Start. Как заявляли представители в Start, вхождение стратегического инвестора позволит им продолжить укреплять позиции на рынке… да только у самого инвестора дела то плохи… так что учредители могут на 2-3 года забыть слово прибыль…
Мегафон стараются как могут укрепить свои позиции на рынке, пока не очень удачно. Даже снижение «привлекательности» сервисов скорее всего спровоцирует дополнительный отток абонентов, как следствие дополнительное снижение выручки, а это даёт почву для рассуждения и ожиданий реализации прогноза на дальнейшее повышение цен.
